JSW Law Shuttle Bus Service: Quick Guide

The JSW Law Shuttle Bus Service provides safe, convenient, and affordable transportation between the JSW Law Campus and Paro Town for all staff, students, and their family members.

Service Schedule (When to Ride)

The service is suspended on Public Holidays and Sundays.

Note: Saturday and Public holidays are Off. Additional trips may be added during peak seasons or examination periods at the Administration's discretion.

Fare Structure and Payment

Occasional Users Nu. 50 (One-way) or Nu. 100 (To & Fro per ride) Purchase Tokens in advance from designated personnel (Driver). Tokens must be presented before boarding.

Key Operational and Safety Guidelines

  • Capacity: The shuttle can carry a maximum of 19 passengers (seated only; no standing allowed).

  • Boarding: Service is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Safety: Passengers are required to wear seatbelts (where available).

  • Conduct: Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited. Passengers must arrive on time and dispose of their trash responsibly.

  • Enforcement: Failure to follow rules (e.g., misconduct or lack of a valid token) may result in a ban from the service.

Complaints and Feedback

For any complaints or suggestions regarding the shuttle service, please submit them to the Estate Division using this Form. All feedback will be reviewed, and action will be taken within 48 hours.
